Your home is your castle and it should be your sanctuary away from prying eyes, thieves and other threats. When you are at home you should never have to second guess your safety. But unfortunately, because of the familiarity of your surroundings your home is often where you are most vulnerable because routines are predictable and hostile individuals or unscrupulous journalists can calculate their best opportunity to gain entry and await your return or gain entry when you are already at home knowing you will be there at certain times of the day. It is unfortunate but true that more than 50% of break and enter offences on residential premises occur when the occupants are home.
As such our Residential Security Team (RST) provides you, your family and your most valuable possessions the security they need. This service compliments the Close Personal Protection Detail and provides security at your home. Our team of Close Personal Protection Operatives who remain onsite are an integral part of the security framework required to keep you safe.
The presence of the residential security team ensures children and spouses are safe whilst at home, the grounds are secured and surveillance devices cannot be installed whilst our clients are out or asleep. Best of all they provide a deterrence and immediate response to any threat should it arise. They provide peace of mind and allow you to truly relax in your own space knowing you are untouchable. Finally, our RST services can also assist by co-ordinating personal services such as cleaners, gardeners and catering staff. Making us the single point of contact for everything you need managed in your home.
How many operatives are required in an RST
The number of operatives required is dependent on your needs, your preference and your level of risk as well as the intrinsic layout and area of your estate and or home. Your residential security team may consist of:
- A single operative standing guard external to the house overnight only
- A single operative internally situated monitoring CCTV and alarm systems
- A team of Operatives onsite 24/7 with access to the interior and exterior of the premises
- A roving patrol with immediate alarm and duress alarm response
- Or a variation of onsite operative/s and external roving patrols
